This unique music studio uses many helpful teaching techniques and tools to aid in the learning process. The teaching style and techniques are tailored to each student while keeping in mind their strengths, personality and temperament.

Whether your child has already started playing an instrument or just starting out, we at Advanced Arts Music Studios make our primary focus form and structure. These are the very building blocks which form the foundation that a student needs to succeed on an instrument. These “fundamentals” include proper mechanics and ease of motion thereby creating a general feeling of comfort while playing even the most challenging repertoire. Correct practice techniques, good concentration and excellent reading skills are also developed at Advanced Arts Music Studios.

Students of Advanced Arts Music Studios consistently placed high in All-Region, All-State and UIL contests. Some are also involved in youth orchestras such as the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra. In addition, some students have gone on to study at music conservatories. Others have entered college as a non-music major using a resumé and recording of their playing to obtain a scholarship!

With a combined 30 years of teaching experience, they have the ability to take your child from the first lesson to their first recital and beyond. The teachers at Advanced Arts Music Studios come from rich musical backgrounds and have spent their lives honing their skills as performers and continue to do so in numerous orchestras and groups in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. By demonstrating this ability to their students in weekly lessons they create an effective model that the students can use to achieve their own skills.
